At SimpleShot, you'll see the following possible order statuses:
- Awaiting Fulfillment
- Cancelled
- Refunded
- Partially Refunded
- Shipped
The most common statuses are Awaiting Fulfillment and Shipped.
When you place and order successfully at our store, your order immediately is placed into the status: Awaiting Fulfillment.
✅ Awaiting fulfillment means we have received your order and it's awaiting our shipping team to pack your order up and prepare it for shipping.
When your order is prepared for shipping and has been assigned a tracking number (if applicable), your order is placed into the status: Shipped.
✅ Shipped means that your order is ready to go and it may not have been picked up by the carrier yet.
Refunded or Partially Refunded means we have issued a refund for part or all of your order.
Cancelled means that your order has been completely cancelled and is not being processed.
