Are you having trouble with tying your bands on your frame? Here is a link to a GREAT video demonstrating how to tie bands on. The frame used in the video is the Sparrow, but the method is the same for any frames that require the bands be tied on. We recommend Band Tying Tape (Amberbelt) for attaching bands to the frame.
