Customs issues and marking item as "gift".
We totally get how convenient it would be to have a package marked as a gift to avoid hefty customs fees, but we can’t ethically do that for purchased items.
Your package will include an accurate list of the items you’ve purchased, and any customs or import fees will be your responsibility when the package arrives in your country. None of those fees come back to SimpleShot—they’re collected by your government and remain with them.
When we ship internationally, we charge only the actual shipping fees to get your order to you. There’s no markup on our end, and any customs fees are not from, for, or by SimpleShot in any way.
