When it comes to shooting clay, The Clay Shooting Flat Bands are the best option for all of our Clay Ammo sizes.
Start with your bands long (for low elongation/power) and shorten them (for increasing elongation/power) until you find that sweet spot for you.
Underpowered clay is boring.
Overpowered clay is not accurate.
The 7/16 bandsets can be used at a low elongation, but with clay, too much power is no good.
If you're overpowered, they'll fly fast, but erratically. Clay shot with too much power will bend in flight and will NOT be accurate. Overpowered clay will fly all over the place.
Be careful to not overpower clay.
