There are two likely reasons a coupon code won't work. Either it isn't valid or we're running a sale.
The code may be invalid because it was never a legitimate code or because it is expired.
If you found the code on a coupon site, we're sorry, those sites are full of bad codes that just frustrate our customers. 😮
We use codes to reward or incentivize specific actions. If you found a code on a site somewhere and it did not from us directly, don't be surprised if it doesn't work. It wasn't intended to work for you if we didn't give it to you.
If you did receive it from us and it is still valid (hasn't expired) please contact us! Tech issues do happen, and we'll get it fixed!
The other reason is that we're having a sale.
ALL coupon codes are disabled during sales!
Sales offer bigger discounts than a code, so we disable codes during sales.
