Almost all credit card errors are due to one of two things:
- Mis-typed payment details (No offense. It happens.)
- Card declines (Your card was rejected by the issuer.)
NOTE: We cannot see card decline causes. That is private info between you and your financial institution. For information on a decline, you'll need to contact your card issuer.
✅ Please double check all your payment information!
We do check with your financial institution to match all of the following:
- Name
- Billing Address
- CVV
If any of your info doesn't match, you may be declined. (we look at everything to reduce fraud and keep your info safe).
Please make sure ALL your info is correct! This is by FAR the #1 cause of a card decline.
"But I just used this card elsewhere and it worked just fine!"
Chances are there's a mismatch somewhere and that other site wasn't as careful to check as we are! We're looking out for both of us!
But if you know your info is correct and you are still having trouble, you may need to contact your financial institution to see why your card was declined!
