When will my package arrive? Check your tracking number we sent by email.
When you place an order with us, we use your provided email address to send tracking information. If you're having trouble locating this information, here's what to check and what to do:
1. Check Your Inbox
Be sure to look in your junk or spam folder, as sometimes emails can end up there.
2. Used a False Email Address?
If you entered a fake email address, the tracking information was sent to that address. However, if you created an account using the same address, you can still find your tracking details by logging into the SimpleShot website under the account you created.
Can’t recall the email address you used? Don’t worry! Just reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll happily resend your tracking link.
3. International Orders
For international parcels, tracking updates won't appear until your package reaches your home country’s mail sorting facility. Delivery can take up to five weeks, depending on your location. If your package is marked as “in customs clearance,” patience is key. Your local customs office will contact you to arrange pickup.
4. Package Marked as Delivered, but Not Received?
If your tracking says “delivered,” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check Around: Ask your neighbors, apartment office, or household members.
- Contact Local Postal Services: Sometimes, carriers like USPS mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive. In most cases, you’ll receive it within a day.
