When will my package arrive? Check your tracking number we sent by email.

When you placed your order, we asked for your email address so that we could send you tracking information.  Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.  If you used a false email address...your tracking information went to that address.  If you created an account with the false address, you can find your tracking information by logging into SimpleShot website under the account you created.   If you can’t remember the false emails address you used, just give us a shout with your order number and we will be happy to send you your tracking link.

For international parcels, tracking will not update until the parcel arrives in your home countries mail sorting facility.  Shipments to international addresses can take up to 5 weeks to arrive.   If your package is in ‘customs clearance’ be patient.  Your local customs office will contact you to arrange for pickup.

If your tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your neighbor, apartment office, or ask someone in your household before you contact us.  You can also check in with your local postal carrier. Occcasionally, USPS will mark a package as ‘delivered’ prior to actual delivery.  We know, this is a hassle!  However, your package will likely be delivered within the next day...thanks USPS!
